The LINE DC is seeking a dynamic In-Room Dining Server who will join our team in Washington, DC Ward 1 area. Eligible for a Ward 1 Resident Bonus of $300, reflecting our local community commitment.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong communication, and team collaboration. You will ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service, knowledge of the menu, and efficient use of the POS system in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit.
• Ethical Conduct.
• Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, POS.
• Positive Attitude.
• Eye for Detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a smile and eye contact.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Establish and maintain good communications with fellow colleagues and other departments.
• Offer guests an enjoyable experience that meets company standards of excellence.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients and preparation techniques.
• Know the POS system to coordinate guest food and beverage orders.
• Clear, mark and reset tables; maintain clean spaces.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and policies.
• Handle payments and gratuities accurately.
