Shamin Hotels invites you to join our team as a Night Auditor. You will perform end-of-day accounting tasks, balance daily activities, assist night guests with check-ins and check-outs, and act as a guest service representative and manager on duty during night hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hotel experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• 1-2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Customer service and financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures and daily reports.
• Balances cash receipts and daily audit activities.
• Assists late-night guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Provides guest service during the night shift and serves as manager on duty.
• Attends front office meetings and training.
