Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking an entry-level Night Auditor to join our Hampton, VA property. The role runs from 11 pm to 7 am, with a part-time schedule.

You will perform end-of-day accounting tasks, assist guests, and balance daily financial activities while delivering warm, guest-focused service in a fast-paced hotel setting. We value teamwork and ownership, offering growth opportunities in a company with over 70 hotels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred
• Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
• Customer Service Skills required.
• Financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Night auditors perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties.
• They audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities.
• They assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests.
