Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to perform end-of-day accounting, assist late-night guests, check-ins/outs, and maintain daily financial records. You will balance cash, audit reports, and support front desk operations during overnight hours.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. Customerservice and accuracy are essential, and the team emphasizes warmth and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service and financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all audit procedures daily as set forth by the hotel and company.
• Verify wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling.
• Balance cash receipts and audit shift totals.
• Prepare the front office for the A shift and reset daily business.
• Act as a Guest Service representative during night hours and manager on duty when needed.
• Attend front office meetings and participate in training programs.
• Assist PBX operator during the audit shift.
• Support breakfast attendants by setting up breakfast areas as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner and ensure service excellence.
