Shamin Hotels in Hampton, Virginia is seeking a Night Auditor to join our front office team. You will perform end-of-day accounting, assist late-night guests, process check-ins/check-outs, and balance daily financial activity.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night audit experience, strong customer service and basic math skills, and a willingness to learn brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures and balances daily activity.
• Processes guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts.
• Verifies wake-up calls and maintains front office records.
• Balances cash receipts and audit shift outputs.
• Acts as Guest Service representative and manager on duty at night.
• Participates in front office meetings and staff training.
