Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service and financial management skills required.
• Brand systems knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures daily as directed by hotel and company.
• Prepares and verifies audit reports and wake-up call statuses.
• Balances cash receipts and nightly operations.
• Greet guests warmly and assist overnight performanc targets.
• Acts as guest service representative and manager on duty during night shift.
• Attends front office meetings and participates in training.
