The Westin Sarasota is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment. You will handle check-ins/outs, issue room keys, and assist guests with requests, always upholding Kolter Hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include informing guests about hotel services and amenities, following rate structures, and performing cashiering tasks when needed. This role requires weekend availability and a professional appearance.

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Front Desk Agent delivers service excellence to our guests creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.
