Job summary

PFG Customized Distribution in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Forklift Operator, Formula to join our warehouse team. The role requires operating forklifts and other handling equipment, working Monday–Friday from 12am until completion, and readiness to work in freezer sections.

You will maintain safety, GMP standards, and efficient flow of products, performing duties across receiving, staging, and storage while adhering to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience required (Raymond preferred).
• 1+ year warehouse/distribution experience; food distribution preferred.
• Must be able to work the scheduled hours and overtime.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds frequently and up to 60–90 pounds.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and place pallets with forklift.
• Transport incoming freight to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots.
• Inspect pallets for damage and move pallets safely.
• Perform safety checks and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
