Performance Food Group is hiring a Forklift Operator, Formula, to support its warehouse operations. You will operate material handling equipment, such as forklift and pallet jack, in a multi-temperature distribution environment, ensuring accuracy and safety as part of daily production flow.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 6+ months of warehouse experience with standup reach trucks. Overtime and a commitment to safety are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience with Standup Reach Truck.
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10–35 lbs, up to 60–90 lbs).
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer.
• Locate slots on storage racks and place pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Transport incoming freight to freezer using forklift/pallet jack.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock as per next day work orders.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory according to policy.
• Dispose of excess items and ensure proper storage areas.
• Inspect pallets for damage and move them using pallet jack or forklift.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Perform safety checks, gather supplies, and prepare for shifts.
• Wear PPE and meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Complete paperwork at end of shift and assist as needed.
