Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Associate and Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support the distribution process. The role involves operating material handling equipment, moving freight to inventory, and replenishing pick slots while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include data entry, stock replenishment, and routine housekeeping. The position requires the ability to work in multi-temperature environments and pass a background check after offer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift/replenish products up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and related equipment.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Maintain safety, GMP compliance, and quality standards in all tasks.
• Enter product data and locations into the inventory system.
• Perform general housekeeping and end-of-shift equipment checks.
