Performance Food Group is seeking a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to support our Aurora, IL distribution center. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move freight from receiving to storage and to replenishment pick slots.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, performing quality checks, and ensuring efficient flow of products. This role requires the ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Can lift 10–35 lbs repeatedly and up to 60–90 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Aufgaben

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move freight.
• Locate slots, stock pallets and transfer items to freezer areas.
• Replenish pick slots and rotate stock as needed.
• Maintain safe work area and follow GMP and safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Perform general housekeeping and assist team as needed.
