Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a full-time RN for the Network Float Pool. The role involves floating between 3+ locations, day shifts, and requires 2 years of OR RN experience. Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. A BSN is preferred, with RN licensure in AZ or a compact state.

The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support ongoing education and quality improvement in a large nonprofit healthcare system.

Qualifications

• 2 years as an OR RN required.
• 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions required.
• BLS certification required.
• AZ RN license or Compact State Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and develop family-centered care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor IV therapy, and manage therapies per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Document care and update care plans; teach patients and families as needed.
• Support nursing staff through precepting and guidance.
