Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of trucking/transportation industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work at least 48 hours per week and nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze dispatch information to ensure driver meets service standards.
• Monitor compliance with Federal DOT regulations.
• Effectively communicate Company policy and service expectations.
