Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services in the Lawrence/Topeka area. The role involves managing Independent Contractors, ensuring service levels, and maintaining client relationships on a hybrid schedule across multiple buildings.

Required are 3 years of management experience and a high school diploma, with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
• 3 years of prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
• Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience a plus!
• Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing immediate attention, including nightly recap by email or phone.
• Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if not meeting SLAs.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
• Execute City Wide's New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment, and their proper use.
• Other duties as necessary.
• This position is hybrid as you will be overseeing multiple office buildings.
