Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Facilities Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety across casino facilities. You will lead housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage budgets with the VP of Facilities.

This role demands strong leadership, safety focus, and proactive maintenance planning. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, enforcing standards, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Facilities.
Supervisory experience required.
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds on assigned shifts.
Oversee daily facility operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Monitor expenditures and assist with annual budget development.
Create and manage shift schedules and staffing.
Develop standards for housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds operations.
Plan and supervise preventive maintenance and regular upkeep tasks.
Coordinate maintenance tasks and respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.
