Job summary
Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Facilities Shift Manager for overnight duties to oversee daily operations and maintenance of casino facilities. You will lead housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds teams, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment that enhances the guest experience.
The role requires 3+ years in facilities with supervisory experience, and the ability to secure a GRA license. Mille Lacs Band preferences apply, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in facilities.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in hiring.
Responsibilities
- Lead housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds staff on assigned shifts.
- Oversee daily operations to keep casino areas safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and safety procedures across departments.
- Monitor inventories and enforce department standards and training.
