Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a Facilities Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance across the casino and hotel areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment. You will lead housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds teams, while driving safety compliance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting with VP guidance, scheduling staff, developing standards, coordinating projects, and maintaining detailed PMS schedules.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in Facilities required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds teams during shifts.
• Oversee daily casino facilities operations and safety compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets with VP of Facilities guidance.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to ensure coverage.
• Define and implement departmental standards for facilities operations.
• Coordinate project plans and timelines across departments.
• Maintain detailed cleaning and maintenance schedules for all areas.
• Address guest concerns related to facilities and escalate when needed.
