Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs seeks a Facilities Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance across hotel, gaming, and public areas. You will lead housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds teams, ensuring safe, clean, and visually appealing environments while managing schedules and coordinating with other departments.

The role requires a minimum of three years in facilities with supervisory experience and the ability to secure a GRA license.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Facilities required.
Supervisory experience required.
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds staff during assigned shifts.
Manage daily operations to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained casino facilities.
Develop shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Monitor budgets and control departmental expenditures.
Develop and implement departmental standards for housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds operations.
Oversee preventive maintenance programs and safety compliance.
Address guest complaints and uphold guest experience.
