Job summary

Southeast Consolidators is hiring for a Dock Supervisor to manage daily dock operations, oversee customer accounts, and mentor supervisors and leads to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

You will drive workflow, ensure adherence to safety standards, and coordinate dock activities to maintain efficient operations across multiple shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cross‑dock operations best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of customer accounts, manage dock activities and workflow.
• Directly supervise, coach and mentor supervisors and team leads.
• Develop cost saving methods for increased terminal productivity.
• Coordinate all activities of dock workers, including processing floor, mix and pallet freight.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
