Ideal candidates should have experience in a similar role, possess excellent typing skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability, as well as overnight shifts, are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Collect and document critical information from callers.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency.
• Dispatch appropriate response units to locations.
• Monitor and respond to VHF radios.
• Transmit information to the necessary departments.
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records.

Skills

Excellent typing and data entry skills
