Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a centralized dispatch and customer-service center.
• Coordinate emergency notifications for outages or incidents.
• Dispatch crews and services to member cooperatives as needed.
• Dispatch outage events and monitor status from the dispatch system.
• Update and upload data in the dispatch application.
• Suggest procedural improvements to daily operations.
• Assist with special projects and policy guidance.
• Respond to member inquiries following cooperative guidelines.
