Job summary

Prime, Inc. is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to support drivers at our local Springfield terminal. The role involves night shifts (4 on/4 off) after a training period, handling loads, coordinating reschedules, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Business or related field, strong typing (45 WPM), and a track record of high-energy, customer-focused work. On-site attendance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or related field preferred.
• Must type at least 45 WPM and multi-task effectively.
• Must provide excellent customer service and handle high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and customers.
• Create name badges for drivers, staff, vendors, and family members.
• Coordinate with customers and sales to reschedule loads as needed.
• Work with shops to set PTA times for drivers.
• Administer DOT and non-DOT drug tests as needed.
• Dispatch drivers’ loads from the yard and monitor on-time delivery.
• Communicate issues or updates with the relevant department or vendor.
