Job summary

Prime, Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual for a night shift (4 on/4 off) to support drivers and our local terminal. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with sales, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities include processing loads, creating name badges, coordinating reschedules, and handling DOT/non-DOT drug tests, with on-site attendance required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and AS400; training provided if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; strong work history.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and customers.
• Create name badges as needed for drivers, non-driving associates, vendors, and family members.
• Coordinate with customers and our sales department to reschedule loads when necessary.
• Work with truck and trailer shops to set PTA's for drivers.
• Administer random and pre-employment DOT and non-DOT drug tests as needed.
• Dispatch drivers' loads off the yard.
• Monitor loads on the yard to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate issues or updates with the appropriate department, customer, or vendor.
