Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely pickup and delivery of orders within assigned area.
• Direct and schedule drivers; monitor activities for on-time moves.
• Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues; communicate with customers.
• Monitor drivers' hours of service to prevent DOT violations.
• Maintain real-time updates in dispatch systems.
• Promote safety across all dispatch activities.
• Prepare and process driver activities, trip documents, fuel tickets.
