R365hire is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining areas by cleaning and sanitizing utensils, maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. You will help keep back-of-house spaces tidy and ensure sanitization standards are met.

The role involves operating dishwashing equipment, restocking supplies, and following health protocols. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to adapt to a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and using cleaning supplies efficiently.
• Wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in safely using and operating all necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
• Effective communicator and able to follow instructions.
• Capable of multitasking and remaining calm under pressure.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with needs of kitchen and dining area.
• Ensure all cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting issues.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in keeping back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Follow company policies in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
