Bottleneck Management is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations and contribute to genuine hospitality. You will help keep dishware and cookware clean, assist in food prep areas, and work closely with the Chef team to maintain a safe, sanitary environment for staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and maintain equipment as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and proper chemical handling.
• Assist Chef team and maintain personal hygiene and uniform standards.
• Report injuries and unsafe conditions.
