Job summary

R365hire is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to keep the kitchen sparkling. You will operate our mechanical dishwasher and triple compartment sink, ensuring all plateware, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned, sanitized, and properly dried.

Responsibilities include stocking clean dishes, inspecting items after cycles, monitoring chemical levels and water temps for safety, and assisting with end-of-shift cleanup.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
• Attentive listening to follow instructions and guidelines.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Capacity to lift heavy objects occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an ample supply of clean dishes.
• Rinse dishes before loading into the mechanical dishwasher.
• Inspect items after wash, rinse, and sanitize cycle for soil and proper drying.
• Regularly monitor chemical levels and water temperature for safety.
• Empty trash and recycling containers to maintain cleanliness.
• Keep floors and dishwashing station clean and organized.
• Assist in breakdown, cleaning, and resetting of the kitchen at end of shift.
