Job summary

R365hire is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining area operations. You will maintain a steady workflow, sanitize and restock items, and keep dishwashing equipment in good condition while adhering to health standards.

The role involves flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities spanning cleaning, waste management, and assisting in maintaining a clean back-of-house area.

Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines and using cleaning supplies.
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in safely using and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
• Capable of multitasking and remaining calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with kitchen and dining area needs.
• Ensure all cleaned items are sanitized and restocked promptly to their proper places.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of dishwashing equipment, reporting issues to management.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenish is needed.
• Assist in keeping the back of the house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently, keeping garbage areas clean.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies as described in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks to support restaurant operations.
