Job summary

adidas is seeking a Back Half Night Shift Leader in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This hourly role supports the operations leadership team by allocating labor, leading meetings, and coaching associates to meet service levels and safety standards.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with warehouse operations and SOPs.
• Minimum two years in distribution/warehouse experience.
• Able to work in a night shift and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and other staff to meet daily SLA goals.
• Lead meetings and assign job duties; coach for success.
• Monitor workflows, dwell management, and overall shift performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to senior management when needed.
• Utilize WMS to log activities and analyze data; drive process improvement.
