Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Required to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and staff to meet daily SLA goals.
• Follow all SOPs and standard procedures.
• Troubleshoot and solve operational issues; escalate as needed.
• Analyze data from WMS and LM modules to identify trends.
