Job summary

Adidas is seeking a senior leader to oversee Inventory Control and Quality Assurance in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role drives accuracy, availability and quality, leading a cross-functional team and coordinating with Distribution Leadership to optimize DC performance.

The candidate will monitor KPIs, implement best practices, and maintain OSHA safety standards while collaborating with SCM teams to enhance reporting tools and data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end Distribution processes with emphasis on Inventory Control and Quality Assurance.
• Ability to manage a diverse team across multiple functional areas and reporting lines.
• Experience in large-volume distribution centers with high SKUs and high throughput.
• SAP knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and processes to achieve and sustain metrics around inventory accuracy, fill rates and quality standards.
• Lead, coach and develop teams across shifts and areas of responsibility.
• Monitor and communicate key tracking information to stakeholders focusing on inventory accuracy, availability and QA.
• Align metrics across site using dashboards and reporting, identify deviations and drive improvements.
