Job summary

Adidas in the United States is seeking a Night Shift Leader to support the operations leadership team by allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning duties, coaching for success, and driving process improvement in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will monitor flows with supervisors, ensure safety, train associates, and use WMS, RF guns, and kiosks to log activities. Strong English, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to excel on this team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Required to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor and staff to meet daily SLA goals.
• Follow SOPs and act as a role model in procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when needed.
• Analyze data via reporting and WMS to spot trends.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
