Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of related industry experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data manipulation skills.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce operations and DC environments.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, and WMS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a functional area in the Distribution Center and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain working knowledge of WCS and WMS platforms.
• Handle data collection and reporting using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting.
• Report DC metrics to evaluate productivity, quality, and safety.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards including incident reporting.
