Adidas seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume Distribution Center supporting ecommerce and retail channels in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The role focuses on launching and scaling DC operations, driving productivity, and safeguarding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage DC associates, analyze data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in distribution or related industry.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage specific functional area in Distribution Center and be accountable for achieving all productivity and quality targets.
• Train and manage DC associates.
• Maintain full working knowledge of the WCS and WMS platforms.
• Manage the collection, reporting and feedback regarding operations functions using SAP, Excel, queries and WMS reporting.
• Report on operations metrics to evaluate DC area performance in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Maintain all OSHA safety standards including all reporting of accidents, injuries, damages, and potential threats to safety
