Job summary

adidas is seeking a Lead, DC Operations for a Sunday–Tuesday shift from 5:30am to 5:30pm. This hourly role focuses on labor allocation, coaching, and driving process improvements within a fast-paced distribution center in the United States.

You will supervise up to 50 hourly associates, enforce SOPs, and develop talent while maintaining a safe work environment. Strong problem-solving and DC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience.
• Must speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Knowledge of DC operations, storage methods and material flow.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word; working knowledge of WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Follow SOPs and maintain safe work environment.
• Coach and develop staff to meet goals and service levels.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices.
• Update transactions in WMS and log activities in LM module.
