Job summary

Adidas in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a frontline shift supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates and drive efficient warehouse operations.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs, foster a safe, collaborative work environment, and coach staff to achieve service levels. The role emphasizes development of teammates for future opportunities and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years related distribution experience and/or training.
• Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates
• Understand and act as a role model in following all SOPs
• Develop and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to reward and recognize performance
• Train and coach associates to achieve all operational goals and service levels
• Mentor and develop teammates to perform better in their current roles while preparing them for future career opportunities
• Ability to develop and share best practices
• Create a positive team environment that encourages feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Utilize warehouse tools, including RF guns and computer kiosks, to update transactions in WMS and log activities in LM module
