Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ months of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience.
• 18+ months of computer layer 1/2 networking experience (including troubleshooting and repair).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT or military experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, and troubleshoot network issues.
• Respond to operational incidents to maintain service availability.
• Conduct routine repairs on network, server hardware, and operating systems.
• Serve as primary contact for engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in on-call duties and change management activities.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Own technical issues and coordinate cross-team remediation to meet SLAs.
