Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce Inc in Dallas, TX is seeking a Night Customer Service Representative to resolve escalated issues and coordinate with sales and production.

You will answer calls about orders, inventory, and delivery times, build strong relationships with customers and vendors, and ensure accurate, timely communication.

Experience in a high-volume call center, excellent communication, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred; you will work in an office environment with periodic overtime.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-focused environment.
• Must have high-volume call center experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, sales, and production to ensure orders are completed accurately.
• Answer inbound calls about orders, inventory, and delivery times.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and provide feedback to improve procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
• Review proofs with customers and notify about alteration charges.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and sales reps.
