Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate computer systems.

• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take and process customer orders via phone and WhatsApp
• Verify and enter orders accurately into the system
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist with order follow-ups
• Optimize pallet orders to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
• Upsell products, introduce new items, and promote festival pre-booking
• Utilize WhatsApp marketing to increase product awareness and sales
• Oversee physical returns and remote credit approvals
• Assist pickup customers and ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records and generate basic reports
