Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a Night Customer Service Representative to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless communication with clients and vendors.

You will respond to inquiries, help with orders, inventory checks, and delivery times while maintaining strong relationships across Sales and Production. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a customer-focused role, call center experience, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working in a customer focused environment.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have call center experience with high volume calling.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Adapt to change and flexibility to shift schedule/overtime.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders and inquiring about inventory, orders, and delivery times.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Build trust with customers and vendors through effective communication.
• Review proofs with customers and notify them of alteration charges.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales Reps and Customers, delivering information as needed.

In this position, you will play a vital role in the Customer Service function of the company. The position is responsible for resolving escalated customer issues, working with clients and vendors to resolve concerns. Respond to any claims submitted by customers. Analyzing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures.Accountabilities:Responsible for working directly with customers, sales and production to ensure job is completed correctly.Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, their orders placed, delivery times, etc.Ensuring excellent relationships between production, vendors, sales and customers requiring strong organizational work habits, good judgment, excellent communication skills, and follow-through on time-sensitive activities.Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiriesBuilds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needsResponds professionally to all customer requestsPersonally, act as the representative on behalf of the company in all activities.
