Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor in Austin, TX to oversee the night shift and supervise warehouse operations. The role focuses on quality, safety, cost reduction, and adherence to company policy while achieving KPI targets.

You will lead the overnight team, ensure accurate night processing, and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports to support operational improvements. The position requires flexibility with non-traditional hours and a strong focus on food safety.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift readiness and flexibility.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Power Pallet Jacks experience or training.
• Ability to work in 35–70 degree temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain a food-safe environment.
• Report any damaged equipment to General Manager and/or Safety Manager.
