Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Part-Time Night Custodian to keep school facilities clean, safe, and well maintained. The role focuses on interior and exterior cleaning, trash removal, and adherence to safety standards, with occasional travel to nearby sites.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year of janitorial experience, offering a hands-on role in maintaining our state-of-the-art learning environments.

Qualifications

• Education -- minimum high school graduate with continuing education construction or facilities related.
• Experience -- A minimum of 1 years of janitorial trade experience.
• Special Qualifications --Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities (Skills and Knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multi-purpose room.
• Exterior perimeter of school building, parking lot, playground, windows.
• Empty trash from any and all trash receptacles.
• Dust FF&E, window sills, air vents and other areas.
• Clean and sterilize restroom facilities.
• Travel may be required to nearby schools or warehouse/storage.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as delegated by Supervisor.
