Qualifications

• Education: minimum high school graduate with continuing education in construction or facilities-related areas.
• Experience: minimum 1 year of janitorial trade experience.
• Special Qualifications: must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multi-purpose room and other areas as directed.
• Exterior cleaning: building perimeter, parking lot, playground, windows as assigned.
• Remove waste, dust FF&E and vents, sterilize restrooms to reduce bacteria.
• Assist with cleaning projects and preventive maintenance planning.
• Follow OSHA and safety procedures; report emergencies as needed.
