Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Part-Time Night Custodian to keep facilities clean, safe and well maintained across campuses. You will follow OSHA safety procedures and support the Head Custodian on projects, with travel to nearby schools as needed.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of janitorial experience; you will work nights, report to Facilities Supervisor, and help maintain a positive learning environment for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of janitorial trade experience.
• Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities (Skills and Knowledge).
• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas regularly, including hallways, restrooms, offices and classrooms.
• Clean exterior perimeters, windows and parking areas as assigned.
• Empty trash and maintain cafeteria cleanliness.
• Disinfect restrooms and high-use areas to reduce bacteria spread.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and special cleaning projects.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and report to supervisor.
