Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the radiology team in Cleveland. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures, and educating patients about imaging procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.

The candidate should be ARRT certified in CT, a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, and hold an Ohio radiographer license, with BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and therapists to deliver care.
