Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join our night shift team at the Cleveland area campus. You will produce CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort for both inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires ARRT registration, Ohio radiographer license, BLS, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images for a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drains, and tumor ablations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work with CT staff, nurses, physicians, and other care team members.
