Job summary

MetroHealth in Cleveland, OH seeks a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the team. You will produce quality CT images, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires ARRT registration with CT credential or within 1 year, Ohio Radiographer License, and BLS certification. The unit operates in a high-volume trauma center with supportive team and ongoing cross-training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment
• Ohio Radiographer License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images across diverse settings
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examinations
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication
• Work independently and as part of the CT Team
