Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology team. This night-shift role involves 5x12 hour shifts every two weeks (7p–7a), with call responsibilities and alternating Sundays.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registered, with CT credential within one year, holds an Ohio Radiographer License, and demonstrates strong patient care, technical precision, and effective teamwork in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work with CT team and radiologists, nurses, and staff, under supervision.
