Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT imaging for night shift coverage. The role involves producing high-quality CT images, assisting with CT-guided procedures such as biopsies and drain placements, and coordinating patient flow for inpatients and outpatients.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited Radiologic Technology degree, ARRT registration with CT credential or within one year, and an Ohio Radiographer License.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT (CT credential to be obtained within one year).
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assists with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
