Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT imaging to join our team in Ohio. You will produce high-quality CT scans, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires ARRT registration, CT credential within a year, and Ohio radiographer license, with BLS certification or within probation period. A supportive team and state-of-the-art equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in a variety of settings.
• Assist with CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• On-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication while working with CT team.
